Can you believe it?.. this new piece is not a toy! I went back to reflections and distortions in this painting of a spoon in a glass of water.

Very nice. The distortion draws you in and keeps you there. Way to go!

This looks great! Do you use acrylics or oil?

Thanks Michelle!
I use oil for all of my work.

Todd, The colors you have used in the glass and the reflections are beautiful - and unusual! They draw us into the painting so easily. The water drops really portray that surface tension so well. Once again - a piece that is wonderful!

Nice to see one of your glasses again, you do them well. This one is complicated and gorgeous! Great lines.

Thanks for the compliment Rita!
...not too sure about perfection though!
