It was...rest assure. The color in this one and the effect of satin is mind boggling. I can't believe how fast you paint. You must be the fastest brush in the mid-west.
Well, I don't know if I paint fast, but I do like to have a painting finished soon after I start it. I'm always thinking about the "next" piece while I'm working on the current one! It's very common for me to paint 10+ hours a day(during the summer) and up to 5-6 hours per evening during the school year...not 7 days a week though, more like 4-5 days per week.
